First chart for 2013:

Little Mix take out the first #1 of the new year with their new single 'Change Your Life'. This track is killer so hopefully it gets airplay and does as well or if not better than Wings.

Also challenging was Labrinth and Emeli Sande (who would of been #1 the last 2 weeks if I did a personal chart), Monica & Brandy, who had the spot for 4 weeks, and Titanium who came from no where late to get quite close.

Enjoy
I like the entries for Labrinth, Samantha, Taylor, Wings and Alicia Keys.
Nice to see Taylor Swift up so high! Nice entries for Turn Around, Catch My Breath, Stay, Girls On Fire and WANEGBT. Boo Titanium though haha!
I'd say my favourite song in the chart would be Wings, it's just a very solid pop track. Starting to like I Knew You Were Trouble a fair bit also
Great to see Beneath Your Beautiful, What You've Done To Me, I Knew You Were Trouble, Burn It Down, Wings, Catch My Breath, DNA & Girl On Fire in your chart.
yay for Ricki-Lee in thire. Not to fond of the Little Mix #1, but that track is definately a grower.
Oh, I hope Labrinth & Emeli get an official run at the top. Great to see Samantha Jade, Taylor Swift, Ricki Lee and Little Mix in the top ten. There aren't any tracks here that I know that I hate which is a bonus!
Thanks for all the comments guys!

D Man: It probably won't get there in the coming weeks but it did spend the last 2 weeks of 2012 at #1.

14th January 2013:

Little Mix spend a second week at #1 with new single Change Your Life, just holding on and beating out Titanium's cover of Jason Mraz's I Won't Give Up, which jumps up 4 places to #6. Meaning Labrinth and Emeli Sande's hit Beneath Your Beautiful drops a place to #3. Kelly Clarkson has the biggest rise, up 11 places to #4, and Monica & Brandy just hang on to a top 5 spot with their track It All Belongs To Me, which spent over a month at #1 in late 2012.

There are 4 debuts this week, the highest being Ciara which jumps straight into the top 10 at #7. Bella Ferraro, B.O.B and Rita Ora debut further down.

So this year I've also decided to add my top 10 From The Vault each week, as I listen to a lot of older music, mostly from the early 2000s. Mary J Blige is the first #1 with Be Without You.

Awesome to see Ciara in there. Great track! Nice debut for RITA too. Nice chart
I haven't heard Arena for a while, but I recall thinking it was okay, so nice to see it debut. Some cool tracks in the vault chart too, especially The Trouble With Love Is and The Boy Is Mine.
Haven't heard any of these Little Mix songs. CMB is too high but Ciara is great. One of the best of 2012. B.o.B., Rihanna & Rita are great too.
Excellent rise for Catch My Breath, Turn Around and Stay. Boo Titanium, I hope Little Mix can hold them off!!

Excellent songs in the vault, I particularly love the live version of Beautiful Disaster (Breakaway is still one of my favourite albums of all time), and I also love Waterfalls, what a classic.
Nice rise for Kelly Clarkson and good debut for B.o.B.
Thanks for all your comments guys!

Alleyt: I totally agree, Breakaway is one of my all time favourite albums too. And Waterfalls is one of the classic R&B tracks, so I again agree.

Personal Chart, 21st January 2013:

Little Mix stays steady at #1. Conor Maynard jumps up 6 places and comes in at #2. There are also a few big jumps this week, Little Mix is up 20 places to #5, and Rita Ora is up 17 places to be in at #7. There were also some massive drops. Samantha Jade and Taylor Swift are both down 8 places to #18 and #21 respectively. The 3 new entries are Cher Lloyd, Conor Maynard & Neyo, and Rihanna & David Guetta.

Oh, I am pleased that Labrinth / Emeli had a run at the end of 2012 which makes its fall a little more tolerable! Nice jumps for Rita Ora and BoB, plus a solid debut for Rihanna / D.Guetta.

As for the vault, awesome top 2, and Waterfalls is pretty good too. i don't care too much for Rehab, but 7 - 9 are all great tracks.
Sad to see all the songs I like falling this week, but some cool tracks listed in the Vauly, particularly Waterfalls, Don't You Wanna Stay, The Boy Is Mine and The Trouble With Love Is.
Great to see Arena rising, other than that most of my favs drop.
Personal Chart, 28th January 2013:

Little Mix continue their run at#1. But they were threatened by X-Factor contestant Bella Ferraro with her new track Set Me On Fire. There were 3 new entries this week, all debuting in the top 10. The highest of those being Paramore with their fresh new track Now, which comes in at #4. Destiny's Child's first track in 8 years enters at #7, and the lead single from the soundtrack of the film Sparkle, Whitney Houston's film made before she passed, enters at #9, titled Celebrate, sung by Whitney herself and Jordin Sparks.

Also this week some big jumps in the likes of Rihanna, Cher Lloyd and Bella Ferraro, and some big drops in the likes of Monica & Brandy and Labrinth, who will more than likely jump back up next week.

Interesting to see Bella so high.

Oooh, great to see Bella bullet towards the top. I hope she can make it! Also pleased to see BoB rise, but poor Labrinth / Emeli
I don't have much to comment on your chart But nice to see Stay, hope that can make top 10!
Good to see Arena rising.
Good to see Ciara, Rita, Kelly, Samantha, Little Miz and Cher also a good debut for Destiny's Child
Personal Chart, 4th February 2013:

Notes:
- Little Mix stay at #1 for a fifth consecutive week. While Titanium jump up 11 spots to re-peak at #2.
- Rita Ora, Ed Sheeran and Ricki-Lee debut at #9, #15 and #17 respectively.
- Little Mix, Ciara and Whitney Houston & Jordin Sparks all jump up into the top 5, while Rihanna and David Guetta drop 16 spots from #8 to #24.

I like the classics too, including Shackles (Praise You), No Scrubs, Ordinary People, End Of The Road, and I'll Be Missing You .

Great to see Ed Sheeran debut.
Awesome entry for Ed Sheeran, and I like the vault additions of Aaliyah, TLC, Boyz II Men and Puff Daddy.
Great to see Rita debut high.
Nice entry for Ed Sheeran.
Good to see Ed debuting
Oh, so much for Bella haha. I heard Change Your Mind the other day and quite enjoyed it. I would imagine that I'm going to be charting it soon... Nice debuts for Rita and Ed also.

I like 8 of your vault tracks, and the other two I haven't heard, so that's a pretty good strike rate!
Personal Chart, 11th February 2013:

Little Mix continue their stay at #1 for a 6th week, but they were heavily pushed most of the way by Titanium and Rita Ora, who would be the early favourite for #1 next week.

Only one new entry this week, that being Been Lying by Rita Ora. It peaked at #5 last year but has re-entered this week and could re-peak or even peak further. In other news Labrinth jumps back into the top 10 at #5, as do Little Mix with Always Be Together in at #6.

Probably my favourite personal chart on here. There is hardly a song that I don't like and we seem to like the exact same artists
Great chart!. Your #1 is starting to grow on me. Not a fan of the Rita track yet, hopefully Radioactive can get #1 though.
Great jump for Labremeli and nice to see Ed Sheeran moving up too.
Great to see Labrinth into the top 5 , Good to see Ed, Kelly, Ricki & Little Mix rising aswell.
Good to see Conor Maynard, Ed Sheeran, Destiny's Child, Kelly Clarkson and Rihanna in the mix. Overall a very solid top 25
Good to see Ciara still holding on into the top 10 and I really enjoy most of the songs in the vault
Nice rebound for Labrinth & Emeli. Could Little Mix's main competition be... Little Mix? Or Rita Ora? Good to see Kelly rising too. Still liking the majority of your vault tracks. Hopefully Bootylicious can get to the top.
Personal Chart, 18th February 2013:

A brand new number one! Little Mix finally drop from number one and make way for UK counterpart Rita Ora. Radioactive gives Rita her 3rd number one, following How We Do (Party) and Young, Single & Sexy.

Rita's labelmate Rihanna jumps up 20 places into #3. Her Grammy's performance was phenomenal and causes the jump. RiRi also enters into the top 10 with Nobodys Business, a collab with Chris Brown. I hate the fact that they've collaborated again but the song is extremely catchy. She also re-enters at #20 with Right Now. The other debut is Pink at #16 with Just Give Me A Reason.

Beyonce rises to a new peak of #2 with Poison. And the only entry comes in at #3 for Kelly Rowland with Stole. Amazing track and I'm happy it did so well on the charts, love the message!

I love the video clip to Radioactive but can't say I think much of the song - but I do prefer it to Change Your Life I think! Great rise for Stay and very cool to see Just Give Me A Reason debut. Like/love every track in the vault chart but special yay's for Stole and Ordinary People.
I don't mind Radioactive so I'm okay with it on top, but go Pink/Nate! A collab between Rihanna and Chris needs to go away though, before I hear it. Stole will always be excellent.
Good to see Rita at No.1 and new Destiny's Child doing so well and also good to see there is some bootylicious fun going on inside the vault
Rita Ora it is! Nice bullet for Rihanna, but I am most pleased to see Pink and Nate debuting. I hope they rise in the coming weeks.

Yay for Bootylicious
Personal Chart, 25th February 2013:

Rita Ora continues her run at #1, now onto her second week. She had some competition though, her biggest rival being Rihanna who continues up towards the top now up a single place to #2. While Little Mix are yet to drop out of the top 3 all year coming in at #3. There are also 6 place rises for Pink/Nate Ruess with Just Give Me A Reason and Rihanna/David Guetta with Right Now.

There are 4 debuts this week, the most in any one of my personal charts so far this year. The highest being Alexis Jordan who enters at #6 with her new track Acid Rain, featuring J Cole. Mariah Carey debuts with Almost Home in at #13, while there are lower down entries Nelly and Taylor Swift with their newest singles in at #17 and #20 respectively.

I'm finding Radioactive more and more catchy, so nice to see it still on top. Great jump for Pink/Nate into the top ten and food to see Taylor debut.
Great #1. Awesome to see Ciara till in the top 5. Good debut for Alexis. Nice rise for P!Nk, and look forward to hopefully seeing Hey Porsche reach the top end soon.
YAYYY FOR MARIAH DEBUT!!!! YO!
I hope Stay can score #1. Not a fan of Rita Ora these days because she dumped Rob Kardashian or something like that. Haha...
Great to see Pink into the top ten and Samantha Jade move up.
Still a solid top three, and the debuts for Taylor Swift and Nelly are pleasing. Great to see Pink / Nate in the top ten now and a mini rebound for Samantha Jade.

Shame to see Bootylicious off the top of the vault, but I do like Stole, so I'm still happy overall.
Good to see Radioactive still at No.1 and the rises for Rihanna and Samantha Jade
Nice rises for Rihanna and Pink and good debuts for Nelly and Taylor Swift. Hopefully, they'll all rise in the coming weeks
Personal Chart, 4th March 2013:

Well the heavyweights are back! And they debut straight into the top 2. Demi Lovato takes out #1 for her third number one (previously Give Your Heart A Break and Together). Her last number one ended up #2 on my EOY of 2012, and she was my #1 artist of 2012 also, so it will be interesting to see how this goes.

Jessica Mauboy, the most successful artist on my chart of all time, surprising misses out on the top spot with her new track, the theme song for the NRL in 2013, a cover of Etta James’ Something’s Got A Hold On Me. She just misses out on her 12th number one since she made her solo debut with Running Back back towards the end of 2008. But I wouldn’t ride her off as she could rise to the top in the coming weeks, especially with the new NRL starting on Thursday.
With the big entries for Demi and Jess, Rita Ora drops from number one as well as the other tracks in the top 10 last week drop. Despite this there were a few jumps. Pink rises into the top 10 at #7 with Just Give Me A Reason, which gives Nate Ruess his first ever top 10 entry, and his first ever entry in the chart, and unless he collaborates with an artist I like, probably his last. Other rises came from Rihanna/David Guetta, Taylor Swift and Samantha Jade. While the biggest drop came for Conor Maynard and Neyo with Turn Around dropping 6 places to #22.

From The Vault:

This week on the vault chart, like my personal chart, the top 2 are entries. Rihanna debuted in the top 2 last week, and she debuts straight at #1 with We Ride, while the other entry was for Shontelle with her 2010 hit Impossible, which is covered by James Arthur, with his version likely to debut on my personal chart next week. But I much prefer the original from Shontelle. Elsewhere there are no rises this week, and Destiny's Child have 2 songs drop out, while the other dropout comes via TLC.

Great to see Demi at #1! Not surprised to see Shontelle in the Vault too. Good rise for P!nk/
Sucks that Rita isn't at number one anymore. Good to see P!nk & Nate rise but sad to see Shine Ya Light drop out
Nice jumps for Pink/Nate and Taylor Swift. I don't mind the Demi song, but I'm not a huge fan. I look forward to James Arthur hopefully debuting though.
Horrible #1. Wish Jess was there (next week )
Little Mix is growing heaps on me now its flogged in that new show ads. Great chart as usual. Good debut for Alexis.
Nice to see Demi and Alexis doing well
Great to see Heart Attack and Something's Got A Hold On Me at the top, although I hope Jess can score #1 soon! Great to see Just Give Me a Reason move up and awesome that Mariah is charting for you, although I think she's going in the wrong direction
Personal Chart, 11th March 2013:

Well she got there! Jess Mauboy has her 12th number one on my chart with her new track for the NRL ad Something’s Got A Hold On Me. She overtakes Demi Lovato who makes way after debuting at the top with new track Heart Attack last week, but I definitely wouldn’t rule out her getting back there at some stage. This is really turning into the first big fight for the number one on my chart for the year.

Rihanna rebounds up again with her new track with Mikky Ekko Stay back up to #3. Other rebounds come from Ciara, Labrinth, Rihanna with her other new track Right Now, Little Mix and Samantha Jade. Taylor Swift also rises to a new peak of #16 with her new track 22.

There are 3 new entries this week. The highest being James Arthur with his cover of Shontelle’s Impossible in at #13, while the Shontelle’s original jumps up to number one on my vault chart. Stafford Brothers also have their first entry on my chart with their new track Hello featuring Lil Wayne and Christina Milan. It is Christina Milan’s first entry on my chart also. The other entry lower down comes from Little Mix with their 6th entry on my chart with Stereo Soldier. Could this be their 4th number one on my chart? We’ll have to wait and see.

Well as said in my personal chart commentary, Shontelle jumps up a spot onto the top with Impossible. Rihanna drops from #1 to #3. And there are 3 new entries this week, the highest of those coming from Beyonce with her 2011 flop Countdown. The other 2 coming from Stan Walker with his 2010 hit Choose You, and Charice and Iyaz with their track Pyramid, which spend 7 weeks at #2 on my personal chart in 2010. Keri Hilson and Chris Brown improve on their debut of #5 jumping up a place to #4. Beyonce also rebounds back up to #6 after peaking at #2 a couple of weeks ago.

No surprise that Jess got there so soon. Great jump for Pink/Nate, hope they keep going even though they are not a band. Awesome debut for James Arthur, and I heard part of the Hello thing and it seemed okay too.
Good rise for Got me good and right now
It was inevitable, wasn't it? I am enjoying Jess' track, so I'm glad to see it on top. Nice rises for Rihanna, Pink and Labrinth, plus solid debuts for James Arthur and Stafford Brothers.
Great to see Pink up and Labrinth back in the top ten and Samantha Jade rising up one spot.
Personal Chart, 18th March 2013:

Well it was tight for the first couple of days, but Demi stormed home to take the top spot of Jessica Mauboy and spend her second week at number one. And despite starting the week strongly Jess dropped further in the second half of the week to come in at #4. Little Mix also charge back into contention of climbing back to the top spot with their new single Change Your Life back up to #2 after spending the first 6 weeks of the year at the top of the chart. Pink rises a place to a new peak of #3. While Rihanna drops two places to #5 with Stay.

There are only two entries this week, the highest of those being Kelly Rowland with her new track Kisses Down Low which comes in at #6. The other entry came via T.I with his new single featuring Pink titled Guns And Roses debuts at #20.

Little Mix storm up 12 places into the top 10 with their track Stereo Soldier in at #10. Other jumps come from Rihanna and David Guetta with Right Now up to #8, Stafford Brothers’ track with Christina Milian and Lil Wayne titled Hello rise to #13 (expect them to keep on rising), Mariah Carey is up 5 places to #19 with her new track Almost Home and Ricki-Lee rises with On The Floor up to #21.

Good debut for Slutty Rowland. I love 22 out of 25 of the tracks in there!!.
Surprised to see Jess off top so quickly but it's nice to see Pink moving up. Good to see Stafford Brothers rising too.
Good to see Pink on the rise, hopefully she'll get even higher in the coming weeks but sad to see "Stay" down though.
Nice to see Pink up, I hope LM get #1 next week...
Cool #1. Definitely a grower!! Nice rise for Just Give Me A Reason I would be so happy (surprised though) if it got to #1. Also nice rises for Right Now and Almost Home! Yay Mariah rebound!
Ooh, I'm surprised to see Jess knocked off so early lol. Nice rises for Little Mix, Pink and Stafford Brothers. Great to see TI debuting.
Good to see Change your life, Just Give me a reason, Radioactive, Right now and got me good. I also like most of the songs in your vault with the No.1 being my favorite. Plus in other news we both share the No.2 song
Personal Chart, 25th March 2013:

Well Little Mix are back! They return to the top spot with their new hit Change Your Life to spend their 7th week at the top after spending the first 6 weeks of the year there, but there was some heavy competition. Demi Lovato and Stafford Brothers were extremely close to bagging the top spot. Demi was always in contention and Stafford Brothers flew in extremely late to almost pinch it with their new track that features Lil Wayne and Christina Milian titled Hello.

Just the two new entries this week, the highest being Paramore with their new track Still Into You. This entry for Paramore is their ninth appearance on my chart with Monster being their highest which spent a week at the top in 2011. The other entry coming from Little Mix with their seventh entry with their track How You Doin? which has been announced as their new single with the single to feature a rap verse from Missy Elliott. Therefore if it charts once it gets released it will be credited as featuring Missy Elliott.

A few major rises this week, Stafford Brothers get the biggest leap with Hello jumping 10 places into #3. Taylor Swift has her 8th top 10 (despite the fact that majority of her music I don’t like) with her new single 22. If it continues to jump to the top in the current weeks it will get her 3rd number one, all of those coming in the last year with Both Of Us and I Knew You Were Trouble both reaching the top spot last year. Other rises come from Little Mix, Rihanna & Chris Brown, Alexis Jordan & J Cole, T.I & Pink and Paramore.

Thank god Demi is off the top!. Nice rise for Slutty Rowland.
Shame to see Hey Porsche so low, nice debut for Paramore.

Horrible retro chart. Only Keri is good, but she has about 40 songs still better than that one lol.
Nice to see Paramore debut and LM knock Demi off #1.
I think I liked Demi at #1 Nice to see Hello I guess, and Stay, P!nk and Impossible.
Great to see 22 jump into the top 10 and Still Into You score a big debut. Nice rise for Guns and Roses as well.
I probably preferred Demi on top but I have no real opinion on either song. Good jump for Taylor and Hello and good Paramore entry.
Sad to see pink down but good to see t.i. rise.
Personal Chart, 1st April 2013:

It’s been a big week music wise for me this week. On the personal chart we had the tightest top 5 since Elen Levon/Demi Lovato/ Jessica Mauboy/Kelly Clarkson/Demi Lovato in September 2011. One The Vault chart there are 6 new entries and I also started compiling for a best of all time chart. But I’ll talk more about that at the bottom of this post.

On the chart this week it was a pretty frantic week, plenty of movement. But Taylor Swift scores her third number one in the space of a year with new track 22 jumping 6 spots to gain what would be a surprise number one for many. But she didn’t do it easily. Stafford Brothers led and looked certain to get their first number one with Hello until Wednesday when I really started to like 22 due to it being stuck in my head. Not just the Stafford Brothers challenged though. Paramore jumped up 11 places to a new peak of #3 with their fresh track Still Into You. It becomes their highest peaking track since Monster spent 2 weeks at the top in June/July 2011. Alexis Jordan also challenged but ended up placing 5th, rising 8 spots and finding a new peak in the process.

Little Mix drop from the top spot after spending 7 non-consecutive weeks there with Change Your Life. But they still did challenge but Swifty proved to be way too strong. They aren’t the only big droppers though, with former #1s from Demi Lovato, Jessica Mauboy and Rita Ora all continuing their falls with Rita’s Radioactive dropping 5 places to #15. Pink and Rihanna also have drops with Just Give Me A Reason and Right Now both dropping 6 places to #14 and #21 respectively.

Not only are there some big drops, but also some big rises. Paramore rised 11 spots with Still Into You as said earlier, but they also rise 10 places with their track Now which is now rebounding up to #8 after peaking at #4. Kelly Clarkson debuts with new single People Like Us at #12 and Little Mix re-enter with Pretend It’s OK.

There was a lot of movement in my personal chart this week, but the most movement came from the vault chart. With 5 new entries and 1 re-entry, and the top 3 all debuts. Only the top 4 tracks from last week survive. Gia Farrell debuts at #1 with her 2006 hit Hit Me Up, Pixie Lott enters at #2 with her 2009 song Boys And Girls, and Scarlett Belle come in at #3 with Freak Tonight. Keri Hilson and Missy Higgins also debut and TLC re-enter with No Scrubs. All these entries come due to the start of compiling for my best of all time list.

Now about this best of all-time chart. I don't know whether to call it that as most of the tracks are from the 2000s or some from the late 90s. But it's only early stages yet. I've complied 1000 songs but I'm still not sure how many tracks will feature in the chart or whether I will post it in this thread or make a new one. Any opinions or ideas are welcomed.

I loveeeeeee Rihanna but eww We Ride
Great to see Taylor bullet to the top, as well as the Stafford Brothers inching closer. it makes for a really good top two. Also pleased to see James Arthur rebounding. I hope he can continue to rise
Shame to see LM lose #1 but nice jump for Paramore into the top 3.
I don't like 22 much and would much rather Little Mix at number one. I like #3, #4, #6, #10, #11, #14, #15, #17 & #20. I like #4 in the vault
Wow good to see Taylor at No.1 but sad to see Little Mix lose the top spot
Wow did not expect to see 22 jump up so much. That song just keeps growing on me, as much as I don't want it to. Great to see Still Into You jump up and People Like Us debut. Also good that Mariah manages to hang on for another week.
I do like all of the top three a little, but don't love any of them. I think Paramore is probably my fave there, so go it. Nice to see Impossible rebound a bit and The Special Two in the vault.
Personal Chart, 8th April 2013:

Taylor Swift and Stafford Brothers continue their run at the top 2 positions. Taylor spends her second straight week there with 22, while Stafford Brothers also spend their second straight week in their position with Hello. Nicki Minaj’s new track High School featuring Lil Wayne enters straight in to #3. It is her 14th entry on my chart from her second album Pink Friday – Roman Reloaded, and is her 9th top 3 from the album too. After Freedom, The Boys, Beez In The Trap, Right By My Side, Starships, Pound The Alarm, Marilyn Monroe and Young Forever.

Little Mix have the highest new peak this week with new single How Ya Doin?, which is up 6 places into the top 10 at #10 due to the releasing of the music video and the Missy Elliott feature version. Kelly Clarkson also gets a new peak with new track People Like Us. Also entries lower down for Justin Timberlake with Mirrors and Havana Brown with Big Banana.

Great to see Hello, Change Your Life, Still Into You, Stay, Now, Impossible, Just Give Me A Reason, Mirrors, Nobody's Business, Beneath Your Beautiful, and Hey Porsche.

Great vault too! Nice to see No Scrubs, Freak Tonight, Hit Me Up, and Knock You Down.

Nice debut for Justin Timberlake.
Great to see Justin debut, but a big ewww to Big Banana. Nice little jump for Impossible and great move for No Scrubs in the vault.
Good for Taylor to be No.1 again, good rise for Stay and good to see JT Debut
Good to see Change Your Life, Still Into You, Stay, Heart Attack, Impossible, Radioactive, Something's Got A Hold On Me, Just Give Me A Reason & Beneath Your Beautiful . Icky, Big Banana debut
Solid top two. Nice to see James Arthur inch back to his peak, as well as the debut for Justin Timberlake. Not too pleased with Havana's latest effort.
Surprising to see 22 at #1. Great to see Havana debut!!!. Great chart. Great retro chart too!!
Personal Chart, 15th April 2013:

A bit of a surprise number one this week, with Little Mix pipping Taylor Swift at the post to get their 4th number one in 7 chart entries with new single How Ya Doin?. It stops Taylor’s run of 2 consecutive weeks at the top and gets the British X-Factor winners their 18th week at the top of my chart across 4 different tracks since mid-October last year (Wings 9 weeks, DNA 1 week, Change Your Life 7 weeks, How Ya Doin? 1 week). Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne stay steady at #3 with new track High School despite the big rise for Little Mix due to the release of the music video.

The big rise for Little Mix causes many of the top 10 from last week to drop, but there are a few rises. Rihanna jumps a spot with Stay, and Kelly Clarkson jumps up 4 spots to a new peak of #9 with new single People Like Us. Paramore stay steady with Still Into You thanks to the releasing of the video. The rise for How Ya Doin? causes Little Mix’s other tracks in the top 10 Change Your Life and Stereo Soldier to drop 2 places each to #6 and #8 respectively. Other top 10 drops come for Stafford Brothers, Alexis Jordan and Demi Lovato. While the only other rise in the chart comes from Rita Ora with her former number one on my chart Radioactive up a place to #14.

Three new entries this week, the highest coming from Nickeloden star Ariana Grande with her new track featuring Mac Miller titled The Way. Very Mariah Carey-esque so expect this to rise in the coming weeks. The other two entries come from B.O.B with new single Castles featuring Trey Songz and Out Of Of My Mind featuring Nicki Minaj. I will admit, Out Of My Mind’s entry is largely due to the mention of Airplanes.

Not much chart movement this week. No new entries. Just a seven place jump for Mary J Blige to rebounds back to number one with track Be Without You which reached number one earlier in the year. While one of my all-time favourites Knock You Down by Keri Hilson, Kanye West and Neyo rises four places to #2. These jumps cause the top 5 from last week to all drop a place. Keri Hilson also rebounds with her track One Night Stand with Chris Brown, up two places to #8 after peaking at #2.

Is Little Mix your new Jessica Mauboy? .
Great to see Ariana debut. Also B.O.B with Nicki, by far the best song on his album.
Shame to see Mauboy and Big Banana Down.

Good to see that Taylor Swift at least had a go at #1. Little Mix is good too, though.
Haven't heard your new #1 but surely it's better than Taylor, so yay
I haven't heard the Little Mix song but I don't expect that I'd like it overly much. The Way is pretty good so I'm glad to see that enter, and No Scrubs still strong in the vault.
Nice rise for KC and good to see The Way debut. Must check out the Little Mix track. Sad to see Mariah drop out
Come on Mirrors! Not many other songs I like (Stay, Just Give Me A Reason and Heart Attack are good but they're on the way down, 22 and Hello are okay) so my full support will be behind JT, and Impossible too.
Haha, billbeast took the words out of my mouth! Shame to see JT down, but nice rises for Rihanna and Rita Ora.
Chris A, why is it 'surely better than Taylor'? 22 isn't her best, but it's not bad in my opinion!
Good to see 22 had some time at No.1 also happy to see Be Without you No.1 in your vault
@billbeast & D Man, no Little Mix is not my new Mauboy. She hasn't released an album in 3 years, so I have to find someone to listen to obsessively until then Don't fear though guys, I heard half of a new leaked Mauboy track the other day and it's really good, so the Jess fever is back.

Personal Chart, 22nd April 2013:

A new week, and another new number one. Current American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez debuts at the top spot with her first single Tonight which features Neyo. She gains her first number one while Neyo gets his second from memory. His first was his feature in Keri Hilson's Knock You Down. Which was at the top for quite a while. Can he do the same with this track? Have to wait and see.

Due to the number one debut, last weeks top spotter How Ya Doin? from Little Mix and Missy Elliott drops two places to #3, while Taylor Swift stays steady at #2 with 22. Stafford Brothers and Paramore also stay steady. Ariana Grande leaps up 5 places into the top 10 with The Way.

The Voice is back on TV and my favourite contestant from last season Prinnie Stevens debuts at #13 with new single Don't Wake Me Up. Meanwhile the only other rise in the chart this week is Justin Timberlake with his track Mirrors up 4 places to a new peak of #15.

I've heard your number one and I like it, so good to see it at number one. Glad to see High School have a drop. I like Still Into You, Change Your Life, The Way, Stay, Heart Attack, Don't Wake Me Up, Impossible, Radioactive, Something's Got A Hold On Me and Just Give Me A Reason. Sad to see it nearly out though
Nice to see The Way hit the top ten and Mirrors continuing it's rise!
Really hate your #1, Shame to see Little Mix fall off #1. The addition of Queen Miss.E makes it their best single yet.

Also like Nicki, Paramore, Heart Attack, Acid Rain, Now, Out of my Mind, Kisses Down Low,Mauboy.

On yourt retro I like Eve, Rihanna, TLC, Pixie and Scarlette
Nice jump for The Way into the top ten and Mirrors getting closer too.
Nice to see JT moving up.
Nice to see Taylor Swift doing so well but sad to see most of my fav songs dropping on your chart.
I'm not familiar with your number one, but I am pleased to see Prinnie debuting, as well as a rise for JT.

Jessica Sanchez spends her second week at #1 with Tonight featuring Ne-Yo, and it got there as easily as it did last week. Little Mix rise a place back up to #2 after peaking at #1 just 3 weeks ago. Other rises within the top 5 come for Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne are up 3 places to a re-peak of #3, and Paramore, who’s album I bought this week, rise a place back up to #4. Prinnie Stevens rises into the top 10, rising 6 places to #7.

Only the one entry this week, coming from Eve and Gabe Saporta with their new track Make It Out This Town. Justin Timberlake rises 4 places to a new peak of #11. While other rebounds down lower come for Rita Ora, Jessica Mauboy and Kelly Rowland.

I like Ho Ya Doing, High School, Still Into You, Mauboy and Eve
Good rises for Paramore, JT and Rita Ora,
I heard that Castles song on radio today... can't help but feel the "Castles In The Sky" lyric has been done already but still a nice song. Loving that Jess Mauboy song though.
Nice to see Little Mix, Paramore & Justin Timberlake moving up.
Great to see Mirrors closing in on the top ten, hopefully next week. I haven't yet heard the #1, but since it entered the top 50 on ARIA I'll have to later today. Hope I like it.
I finally heard the new Little Mix track, and it was different to what I was expecting! Pleased to see Prinnie, Paramore, JT, Rita and Jess Mauboy all rising this week.
Personal Chart, 6th May 2013:

Jessica Sanchez and Ne-Yo again stay at the top with Tonight, spending their third straight week there. It is now the second longest running #1 of the year, behind Change Your Life by Little Mix which spent 7 weeks at the top. Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne rise to a new peak of #2, while Little Mix, Paramore and Taylor Swift round out the top 5. Ariana Grande rises up a place, as does Kelly Clarkson, Justin Timberlake, B.O.B, James Arthur and Rihanna. Other bigger rises come from Rita Ora and Eve.

Two debuts this week, Nicki Minaj and Ciara enter with their track I’m Legit which comes in at #18. The other entry comes from David Guetta and Jessie J with Repeat, which isn’t really a new entry as it spent over 30 weeks in my top 50 through 2011-2012. Anywho, Repeat enters at #22.

I haven't heard the Jessica Sanchez track, but looking at what's at #2, I really hope it can hold on. Nice rises for People Like Us, Mirrors and Make It Out This Town.
Good to see Tonight, Still Into You, Hello, Mirrors, Change Your Life, Castles, and Nobody's Business!

I like Nikki, Little Mix, Paramore, Demi and Alexis. Good to see David Guetta and Jessie J enter
I really hope High School doesn't get to number one, Tonight is much better. Good to see The Way move up a spot
Nice to see JT move into the top ten.
I didn't mind Tonight, I'd probably like it more than the #2 so I hope it stays on top. Great to see The Way move up and Mirrors hit the top ten.
Good to see Taylor Swift and JT in the top ten and nice to see Little mix doing so well.
Great to see Jessica Sanchez, Little Mix, Prinnie and Taylor Swift
Good to see Little Mix, Paramore and Taylor Swift holding in the top five. Shame to see Prinnie down, but pleasing rises for JT, Rita Ora and James Arthur.
Personal Chart, 13th May 2013:

Sorry for my lateness, had school exams so been pretty busy! Now for this weeks chart.

Jess does it again! No not Jess Mauboy, Jess Sanchez. She gets her fourth straight week at the top spot with her track Tonight which features Ne-Yo. Little Mix and a new entry from Demi Lovato got fairly close to reaching number one, but they we’re going to stop Jessica Sanchez.

As touched on above, Demi Lovato has the highest entry this week in at #3 with her track Really Don’t Care. It features Cher Lloyd and is the only entry from her new album Demi, which I bought this week. I did plan on leaving all the Demi tracks until next week but this one I couldn’t resist. There are 3 other new entries this week. Ciara is the highest of them at #15 with new single Body Party, Mariah Carey and Miguel are one place behind with #Beautiful, and J-Lo and Pitbull enter at #22 with Live It Up.

There are only 3 rises this week. Ariana Grande and Mac Miller jump two places to a new peak of #5, Demi Lovato rebounds 4 places to #13 with Heart Attack, and David Guetta and Jessie J rise two places to peak (this year, peaked at #2 last year) at #20.

Nice number 1 - and good to see Kelly in the top 10.
Great to see Jessica Sanchez still at #1 - she was my favourite for 2 weeks on Idol (after Hollie left).
I'm hoping How Ya Doin can get back to the top. Nice to see Ariana up, but a shame to see Impossible drop out.
Nice to see Little Mix back to #2.
Cool to see Little Mix back up. Nice debut for Cira and rise for D Guetta.
Yay for 22, Mirrors, Hello and Stay
Nice to see Mariah and JLo debuting, as well as rises for Little Mix and Demi.
Personal Chart, 20th May 2013:

Jessica Sanchez continues her run at the top of the chart with her track featuring Ne-Yo titled Tonight, spending her fifth straight week there, but she was challenged right to the death. Demi Lovato enters with 5 tracks from her latest album Demi which came out last week. Those entries will be pointed out later in the commentary, but she entered last week with Really Don’t Care which features Cher Lloyd. That track is up a place to a new peak of #2 and really challenged Jessica Sanchez for the top spot. Ariana Grande again rises a place up to a new peak of #4, and Kelly Clarkson rises 3 places with her new track People Like Us, which is at a new peak of #6.

It was said above that Demi Lovato had 5 new entries this week, all off her new album Demi. The highest of those is Made In The USA which enters at #7. Neon Lights, which has been used in The Voice ads the past week, enters a #11 and will only continue to rise. Without The Love, Two Pieces and Fire Starter all enter also at #13, #16 and #25 respectively.

Two new peaks this week, the first comes from Mariah Carey and Miguel who are up 4 places to a new peak of #12, and Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull are up to a new peak of #17. Due to all the Demi Lovato entries all other tracks are down.
