For past last three and a half years I've been maintaining my own version of the ARIA Best of All Time Singles list (http://australian-charts.com/bestall.asp ) on my site, updating it every two months. I've always documented the BOAT list's new entries, rising entries and leavers when I do a list update so I figure why not share them here too.
All 1000 singles in the list can be listened to in streaming audio here:
I've also adapted the BOAT list into a Top 100 of Australian Singles of All Time list on my site as well, which also gets updated every two months (on the same day as the BOAT list update).
One day I might compile and maintain my own AMR/ARIA BOAT Singles list, which would most likely use a triangular points system instead of the linear points system that is used on this site. Last edited:

Ok. I'll convert the previous updates to the new table format when I find some time. The likely answer to your question Zaccy is yes but I'd have to check. I've noticed that the points Shape of You gained from its position on the chart released today has pushed it past Party Rock Anthem. It's now the new BOAT #1 single. heh
For the Australian chart, a linear points system is used where a #50 position gains 1 point, #49 gains 2 points, #48 gains 3 points and so on, where the #3 gains 48 points, #2 gains 49 points and the #1 gains 50 points.
It must be said that this is now the 4th time in a row that the ARIA Top Australian Singles of All Time list has not changed (i.e. no new entries or new peaks in the past eight months). In fact, there's no singles from 2017 in the list at all - the oldest being from October 2016. It's really sad to see Australian music struggling so badly in the charts lately.
