I'm expecting L.O.V.E. to become a thing, and I'm totally cool with that, but I was not expecting Shardinay's sidekick to sneak in I do like Still Corners though, and ooh the Ellie album getting more prolific! Not sold on Romeo just yet, but I liked Creatures Of Habit and Twilight Driving, so they are good rises. The St. Lucia song might as well be added to that too, and even Discipline was ok I guess Just listened to Ugh! too and it was ok but not as good as their previous one. Oh and keep it up Animal Collective!
Yass FloriDada still at #1! Flesh Without Blood would be a great one too. Good to see Tobtok debut higher than Jonas Blue did as well as the debuts for Get Down, Stick Up, Awakening, Where Do We Go, Be The One and Daydreaming. Lmao Queen's Speech 4. Good to see Romeo, Be Right There, Twilight Driving (heard this for the first time last night and it was quite good!), Friend Inside, Physical, Stressed Out, Discipline (I also heard this randomly last night, and also charted it a few weeks ago ), Freakin and Light It Up on the rise .
OK I'm starting to vibe a bit on AnCo but go Grimes & Chairlift! Fast Car redemption also *.* Also omg Still Corners, aus-charts making up 80% of its listener ship in Aus What is this Be Right There being at its peak right now?
Just a quick message to say that I will be doing my 2015 End Of Year broadcast this weekend, starting on Sunday, January 17 at 4pm. Hope to see you guys there, I'll provide a link just before I start the broadcast on the day.
Great to see Grimes, St. Lucia, Diplo, The Weeknd, Twenty One Pilots, Bag Raiders, WSTRN, Phillip George, RÜFÜS, BØRNS, MØ, Tobtok, Joan Blues, The War On Drugs (still going strong!), Mashd N Kutcher, Missy Elliot, Avicii, Fleur East, Tame Impala, Robert DeLong, Tchami, Chainsmokers, Marcus Marr & Chet Faker, Feder, and Vince Staples all in the chart this week!
Also looking forward to your 2015 EOYF broadcast (I'll be too busy to listen, but i'll regularly check the progress).
Would prefer FloriDada to be #1 but still go Grimes!! I heard Love Somebody not long ago and it's quite good. Might even like it more than Physical. And yass at the re-entry for Give It Up + debuts for L.O.V.E., JUST LIKE WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE, Crying In Public and Impossible. Also the Focus re-entry I like the new peaks for Romeo, Physical, Stressed Out, Friend Inside, Discipline, Awakening, Be The One and Queen's Speech 4. And omg Be Right There's longevity
Just a quick update on my EOY, thanks to work (hey at least I get rosters now! ) I won't be able to do the full top 100 on Sunday. I will however, still do my 100-51 section on Sunday 17th at the adjusted time of 7:30pm, with the 50-1 section at a later time to be announced
The new EOY plans are cool. Nearly as cool as that top 2. Liking the moves for Methyl Ethel, The 1975, Kooks, Grimes and Still Corners. YAY Norfies, lol Baio, wtaf Queen's Speech domination and omg more SOPHIE
Go Romeo for next #1! For now though good to see Drinkee, Dreamers, Free Hifi Internet, The Sound, Moth To The Flame, Redemption, Waterfalls, Dying For You, Feel Good (It's Alright) and Give It Up debut. Liking the rises for Twilight Driving, Physical, Stressed Out, Ugh!, Friend Inside, Discipline and JUST LIKE WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE too.
The top half of my 2015 EOY has started at http://myradiostream.com/harleystreams170 Currently playing songs that would have made the list if they weren't so old, followed by 110-101, and then the main event, the top 50. Feel free to join me
Nice for Twilight Driving but hoping Romeo still has a shot. Broken Flowers, I'm In Control, Work It Out, Strike Me Down, Propaganda, THE RANSOM <3, Player, Lazarus and Elliptical all debuting is great! Good to see Physical, Ugh!, Friend Inside, The Sound, Free Hifi Internet, Moth To The Flame, Waterfalls and Feel Good (It's Alright) on the way up.
Great to see Flesh Without Blood, Physical, Dancing On Glass, Stressed Out, My Sunshine, Be Right There, I'm In Control, Electric Love, In2, Red Eyes (wow), Fast Car, Kamikaze, WTF (Where They From), Like An Animal, Come Get Her, Queen's Speech 5, Propaganda, Player (Jai Wolf Remix), Real Friends, Lazarus, Hold Me Back, and California all in this week!
omfg Physical - STILL outdoing its ill-fated run <3 yayz Methyl but I can't help but feel really bad for Romeo wow at My Sunshine's climbs and Be Right There's amazing longevity! Faded/Free Hifi/Be The One up too yas Gold/Kill v Maim/Falling Away among the always loaded debuts, yes Delirious just holding out! Last edited:
Game 4 U was one I quite liked so good to see it top 10. As well as the debuts for What You Wanted, Down To Earth, Pillowtalk, Gold, Don't Need Much, Gansta Walk and She Can't Tell. Nice to see Don't Wanna Fight re-enter too. Romeo getting to #1 would indeed be lovely so still hopinh it happens. For the meantime though, good to see Dreamers, The Sound, Faded, Free Hifi Internet, Be The One, Work It Out and Player move up. C'mon The Ransom, but at least it didn't drop this week
Ooh courtesy of 392 I have heard your top debut! I think I liked it but I rememeber nothing; I suspect though it will be impacting ACI soon enough But lower, yay Rihanna and omg even more yay Highasakite <33 Yes at joining me in the gradual Be The One appreciation.
Yass Monody. Go Same Ol' Mistakes, Breakfast, Matadora, Sex, Control 2, Wild Things (charting it before I have! ), Broken Record, Everybody Feeling Something and Once In A While too. Good to see I'm In Control, The Sound, Dreamers, Be The One, Pillowtalk, Don't Need Much and Player move up. The Ransom dropping out though
Somehow I didn't even notice Montaigne when I previously looked at your chart and had seen your comment about the song earlier and now I do and wow and also wow that's a lot of St. Lucia But oh it's one of like 3 debuts I've heard more than a few times AlunaGeorge & Dua Lipa to keep slaying tho!
Make Me Like You, This Ain't Love, 1955, Say You Do, Real Love, Rolling (yasss, somehow missed this until now) and Hymn For The Weekend debuting last week is awesome to see. I like Swings & Waterslides, Come Home (Cardinal Pell), Hold Me Down, Golden Gal, The Pop Kids, Work and MY TOY this week too. Pity Rolling has already dropped out. Good to see Broken Flowers made it to #1 last week and the rises for I'm In Control, The Sound, 1955, Be The One, Pep Rally, Work It Out, Player and Real Love this week.
I love that we posted our charts at the exact same time
Great to see Work From Home, Vroom Vroom, STILL WATERS, Love Me Like That, Someone Who Can Dance and One Strike debut last week. NO, New Romantics, Do It, Try It, June, Classic, Lonely Life and Already Love this week is rad too. I hope Monody can get to #1, but for the time being it's nice to see The Sound, 1955, Make Me Like You, Somebody Else, Someone Who'll Get It, Player and One Strike move up. I hope Still Waters can rebound too!
Great to see A Love Song, Misery, Slow Burn, Souvenirs and Checkmate debut. Surprised Dancing On Glass has dropped out already though. Good to see The Sound, Somebody Else, Be The One, Someone Who'll Get It, NO, Do It, Try It, June, Work From Home and One Strike all on the move up this week.
Ooh The Sound finally did it Also wow at how high Always is! Good to see that debut along with What You Talking About?, When You Were Mine, Louder, Harder, Better, From Me To You, Devilish, Ghost and Nothing Like This. Be The One, Someone Who'll Get It, Do It, Try It, Kiss It Better, Work From Home and One Strike moving up is also rad. Young Rich And Radical is pretty cool too.
ooh Peter Bjorn and John to check out, and lmao at XXX ANGEL DUST XXX Also I had the weirdest train ride a few weeks ago where a person who appeared to be bogan-y was talking very loudly about how he loves Collingwood and then about how he couldn't be f**ked with Supercoach, and then after the call he was messaging with someone who recommended he listened to Pinkshinyultrablast I have heard a track but I'm not sure if it's that one
aaand I suppose I really like Olympia and Kendrick debuting as well as The Parking Lot Experiments hanging on!
Panda, Born Ready, Afterglow and Silence are all cool. Great to see Still Waters still charting + improvements for Be The One, Someone Who'll Get It, What You Talking About?, Work From Home, One Strike, Louder, Harder, Better and Nothing Like This.
omg you charted another Lukas Graham song that came out of nowhere And Brooooooooooods higher up as well as Galantis/Snakehips which I'm somewhat fond of. Insane that the combined power of those 1975 hits still hasn't started to drop off But Highasakite/Dua Lipa have
ooh new Azealia, 212 came up on Foxtel when I was channel surfing yesterday hmm Petite Miller and Pnau is a rather interesting collab. Yay for Porches, Kendrick, M83 and Silversun Pickups moving up, aww Parking Lot Experiments are nearly out but yay Empress Of, Olympia and Tim Minchin are also good things.
Ooh No Money, still not sold on it but there's definitely potential for it to grow. More pleased to see Close, Try Everything, Free, Money On Me and Missing debut. Lovely improvements for Always, What You Talking About?, NO, One Strike, Do It, Try It, Nothing Like This, Panda and also slay Still Waters getting that rebound <3
Yesss Fade. HOLY CRAP WHAT IS DUCKY Always is an acceptable choice for #1, and ooh high debut for Karate, it was on my playlist last night but I'm still unsure about it. aww Empress Of flopping harder than Whitehall
Ooh Always. Nice to see it a #1. Yay for KARATE, One Dance, I Ain't Over You and Come Down debuting. Nice to see What You Talking About?, Work From Home and Kiss It Better move up too. And OMG Still Waters is still charting yassss <3 <3 <3
Ooh I didn't expect 1955 to get there. Nice though. What Do I Do Now, Boomerang, Kill The Lights (Audien Remix), Go!, The Party and EZY all debuting is cool to see. Plus Work From Home, KARATE, Kiss It Better, Nothing Like This, One Dance and Panda moving up too of course. Also holy crap Still Waters is still in, I keep expecting it to drop out every week
It's been a long time commenting but there's still so many great songs on your chart! Love seeing the double 1975 and Galantis in your top 10. Ultimate love there! Also amazing to see Touch of Grey, Dua Lipa, Work This Body, M83, Raging yesss, Betablock3r and nice to see someone else charting Atlas Genius again!
I still not getting into No Money much but it's a good enough #1. World Of Our Love and Ghost (Major Lazer Remix) debuting last week is great, as is Find Our Way this week. Will have to give that Lucas Nord track a listen sometime. I hope What You Talking About? can make the top 5 but for now I love seeing One Strike, This Ain't Over (but still not as into this as pretty much everything else I've heard from him), Nothing Like This, Don't Be So Shy (Filatov & Karas Remix), Panda and World Of Our Love with new peaks. Also, HOW THE HELL IS STILL WATERS STILL IN <3
So since I last commented, Babymetaal have smashed into the top 10 and now top 5 <3 Yew Galantis also. Glad to see the Lemonade impact doubling this week, and also Olympia getting that belated new peak! much lols for C-Alvin
Do hope Karate can get there tbh DON'T LET ME DOWN debuting is obviously awesome, and at one of my favourite numbers too <3 Final Song and Into You are good stuff also and I think I listened to Pacify once and liked it. Like seeing Kiss It Better, This Ain't Over, Don't Be So Shy (Filatov & Karas Remix) and World Of Our Love move up. Also fuck yes Still Waters still in the chart, slaying all but 99 of everyone's faves ~ <3
I am choosing to believe that it's a busy week because you only have 19 debuts For some reason the Dawin one is one of the few I've heard Oh no rip Karate but yas top 3 peak, and making way for Kiss It Better is a-ok. Also woah now I'm scared to imagine if The Sound remained on the ACI voting list
Not that familiar with the debuts this week it seems, but These City Lights, Do It Right, Cut The Cord and Alarm all gave me varying levels of enjoyment. Very much here for Kiss It Better, Be The One, Don't Be So Shy (Filatov & Karas Remix), Warning Call, World Of Our Love, Silly Me, Don't Let Me Down, Final Song, Find Our Way and Touch (which I didn't notice debut last week!) all on the way up. Also somehow didn't notice I Feel Numb either, yasss And what a glorious twelve weeks when Still Waters was charting. Would've been cool if it had lasted longer but I'm still so impressed at its longevity
Boyfriend is a good #1. I didn't think a lot of Girls Like You tbh Certainly more enthusiastic for Tears, Tiny Cities, Lovesick Jerk and What's It Gonna Be? Those rises for World Of Our Love, Warning Call, Don't Let Me Down, Touch and Do It Right are cool too.
I have now heard Out Of Control and it's pretty cool. Unexpected to see it at #1 though. Also ooh This Girl re-entry so high Wow was silly but fun and Safe Inside, Staring At The Sun, Take A Chance, Roll Up and Space Between Us are all varying levels of good. But in particular Space Between Us and Staring At The Sun. Rises for World Of Our Love, Warning Call, Don't Let Me Down, Tiny Cities, Find Our Way, Tears and Lovesick Jerk are all a delight to see.
This Girl in the top of the 5 is awesome and wonderful to see D.D Dumbo enter in high as you suggested it would. Wow is weird but cool and good to see The Dandy Warhols and Flume/Little Dragon in. Love the new peak for Silly Me too!
Great to see The 1975, Client Liaison, CHVRCHES, Kungs vs Cookin' On 3 Burners, Chainsmokers, DD Dumbo, Imany, St Lucia, oyz Noize, Flume, Kygo, MØ, DJ Khaled (MAJOR 🔑), Clean Bandit, Usher, and Otto Knows x Avicii!
Oh wow Gnip Gnop! Great to see it in along with Stay With Me (slay Godyah <3 ), For Free, Crash and Dominos. Also wow World Of Our Love, doing considerably better here than my chart. Great rises for Don't Let Me Down <3, Find Our Way, I Feel Numb and Space Between Us. Poor Lovesick Jerk only lasting two weeks though
Don't Mind, Generationwhy, Heaven (KSHMR Remix), Boss, Love You Better and Heathens debuting is cool. Wow Don't Let Me Down getting even closer to the top 10 and also yay Silly Me, These City Lights, Touch, Gnip Gnop, Stay With Me and Crash.
Because I Love You, Enough, Twenty-Something, Higher, Make It Up, Titled, We Had Everything and Seeing Double I hope World Of Our Love still has a chance for #1 but Silly Me would be good also and I do like Out Of Control too. Damn Don't Let Me Down so close to making the top 10 but not quite managing it, but yaya for Gnip Gnop, Generationwhy and Stay With Me.
omg Yeasayer <333333 Shame to see Lush fall as much as it has but I still can't believe how amazing their run was too. Beck, D.D Dumbo and Bec Sandridge moving up is cool. Great debuts for The Avalanches and Red Hot Chili Peppers too! Although it was also true last week I just noticed that I've charted exactly half of your top 10! rip St. Lucia
Yeasayer have spent more weeks at #1 in your chart in total than mine yay for the debuts for Tegan and Sara, James Vincent McMorrow and the Blood Orange song that I've been told to like oh and I'm legit listening to Higher as I type this like Wriggle and Colours doing ok as well!
Subways, Unreal and Fool's Gold last week is cool, while I'm liking Don't Worry About Love, All The Rage and Get It All this week. Gnip Gnop, Subways, Tilted, Dominos and Fool's Gold up this week is also nice.
Yay Because I Love You Favourite #1 since Broken Flowers for sure. Great to see Aber, Bonfire, Praying, Just Say and Fuck With Myself debut. As well as the rises for Gnip Gnop, You Don't Know Love and Tilted. Also also I only just noticed It's A Memory debuted a few weeks ago, yass
I do hope Because I Love You can stay at #1, because it's my favourite #1 since Flesh Without Blood now (which I had forgotten was a #1 for you). Night Moves making it in is great and I like This Could Be Heartbreak too of course. Good to see Gnip Gnop (now matched my peak!), Tilted, Aber, Subways, Praying, Bonfire, Fuck With Myself and Mean What I Mean. Also I forgot/just didn't notice that Get It All was charting, wooo! Pity about It's A Memory dropping out though
Closer, Hometown Girl, Hangin' On, Cold Water and Scars To Your Beautiful last week Gemini Feed, Future Part 2, Make Me Feel, Fever (pity Colours hasn't made your chart though) and Cool Girl this week is cool. Good to see Tilted, Aber, Subways, Praying, In The Name Of Love, Closer, This Could Be Heartbreak, Get It All, Cold Water, Hometown Girl and Hangin' On move up. Pity we couldn't have the same peak for Gnip Gnop but at the same time I'm glad it made the top 10.
Now that's more like it Düssy What an amazing #1 it would be but with plenty of competition about I'm not counting on it! Solid rises for Avalanches, RHCP, Chainsmokers and Tnaffy. yay New Song, and f**k yeah Superglue <3333333
If I Was A Folkstar, Shelter and Be Here debuting Aber still going is nice to see, and I also like seeing Subways, Praying, Moments, Closer, Fever, Get It All, Mean What I Mean and Gravel To Tempo move up this week. Surprised Gemini Feed didn't rise this week though
History has been made! Düssy is such an outstanding choice too and hopefully #EOYhype won't be too alone this year :') Cool rises for RHCP, Chainsmokers, Tnaffy and Warpaint, and there are some debuts I like too but especially Avalanches.
Like I Can mistakes have been made Happy for Dusseldorf! I don't know the song but I'm all for iconic Mr. Oizo on the chart *.* Also wow Avalanches smashing! Tiimmy Turner too for that matter. lol at Amity casually in the top 40 I think I quite like High based on the ACI but apparently I play the wrong version
Teleslay for as long as possible *.* meanwhile cool to see moves for both Subways, If I Was A Folkstar and Saturday Night Inside Out. Otherwise Warpaint is another nice rise. ooh haven't heard / didn't know there was new The Panics. yay D.D Dumbo! lmao Ass Up
Düsseldorf is cool. Also wow Good Grief so high. Great to see debuts for High And Low, Healing, Wild Life, On The Beach, Higher, Blow Your Mind (Mwah) and Screentime. Nice to see Moments, Like I Can, Gemini Feed, Closer, Get It All and High (Remastered)!! all move up. Eww that Syn Cole song charting though when The Daze never made it
Been meaning to comment, It's great to have your chart back! Like the debuts for Till It Kills Me, Do You Mind, My Love Is Gone, The Greatest, Superlove, #WHERESTHELOVE, Perfect Illusion, ALL EYES ON US and WILD FOREVER <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 . Pretty great to see High And Low far more high than it is low along with Wild Life, Like I Can, Cold Water top 10. Also ooh you've charted Fever higher than I did
