I don't think they did a too bad of a job of this song.
***
Ok and a different musical style for the cover version. Not as good as the original though still standard pop. 3rd UK top 10. 18 weeks in the UK top 100. 157,670 sold while #1. Their second UK#1. UK#1 and Ireland#3. 430,200 copies sold in the UK.

Their third biggest selling single in the UK.

i used to love this when i was young, now when i hear it i realise what a dreadful cover this was
***
Not bad but original can't be beat.
****
Cool cover.
***
An average cover at best.
**
The first time I understood what my parents meant when they use to complain about modern artists covering the song. Firstly, the song was too recent to be covered ans secondly they destroyed the song by messing with the famous guitar riff. A cover that does not stand the test of time. A low point in their career.
****
The original is amazing, however I like this version too; it's interesting and edgy, though I can understand why people would hate it.
**
A bit of a rip-off, not too bad but nothing on the original.
**
Bad cover, Nothing on the original, They should have not bothered.
****
I agree with Chemmical, I can understand why people would dislike/hate this version of the song, because the original by the Chili's was phenomenal and will never be toppled. However, I was a child when this song came out and I was a big fan of the All Saints, and this song in particular. I'm still very fond of the All Saints and everything they done. Many people will disagree with me, but I think this is a good cover, and I would rather see the All Saints do a cover of the Red Hot Chili Peppers than any other artist tbh.
