Als Album-Abschluss noch eine Ballade und der Titelsong - "Who You Are". Textausschnitte wie "It's okay not to be okay..." und "Just be true to who you are!" gehen mir wirklich ans Herz. Tolle Botschaft... wirklich gelungen. Ja, da muss ich - aufgrund der schönen Lyrics - wirklich die Höchstnote zücken!

Oh, good, it's one of those lame "feelgood" songs. I loooove those. Not! Pathetically sickening lyrics, dull verses and a ridiculously over the top chorus. Awful vocals which is pretty much the usual for this untalented woman. Everything about her is awful, but nothing more than when she gets to wailing in song, and that happens too much in this one for me to ever want to hear it again. |

Eine feine Gitarrenzupf-Ballade. Jessie gibt gesanglich alles, doch ihr dramatisches Getue nehme ich ihr nicht ab. Wirkt sehr aufgesetzt....wenigstens ist es angenehm anzuhören.

Super! Atmosphäre, Stimme, Viedo, Text, alles stimmt einfach. Jessie j hat mit ihrer 5-oktaven Stimme die Musik toll im Griff. Ausser Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera und David Bowie ist sonst fast niemand in der Lage selbst in der Höhe des Pfeiftons zu singen. Aber Jessie J ist nun eine davon! |
