****
As far as Strokes songs go, I don't see the greatness in this one
****
very popular track, i don't think much of it personally but it's alright
****
A bit overrated in some parts, but not a bad track. Kind of cool.
******
What was just decent is now amazing. Their best by a mile, instant classic!

Great song.

This is great, amazingly I still remember it. 4.75*.

Alright, so it copies Tom Petty's 'American Girl' something fierce, but who cares! That's one thing I've always loved about The Strokes; their familiarity and homeliness - never an uncomfortable moment.
As far as the record 'Is This It' goes, this song is on par with 'Hard to Explain' and 'Barely Legal'.

Sure they may have copied American Girl and admitted to it, but thankfully it didn't faze Tom Petty so who cares?

But Julian Casablancas is a genius. I didn't know who it was until last year, but I have heard this for years and it is an absolute classic!
