Forum - General: General Discussion - Google Spreadsheets Question

Didn't know where else to add this, but anyone know of a way using google spreadhseets when a name of a song or artist is in numbers to not have it move to the opposite side of the column i'm typing it in? It automatically does this and i don't know of a way to fix it. If no one comprehends what i mean i'll do a copy/paste to demonstrate. Much appreciated, thank you
You can type a ' (single apostrophe) before the number (the apostrophe won't be visible), or format the column as text (Format -> Number -> 'Plain text').
The format -> number -> plain text solution worked like a charm. Thanks 392! I've learnt something for today
