As per last year we'll have a calendar going so we can track when everyone's EOY broadcasts are on.
There aren't any hard and fast rules on setting dates, but my advice is always to try and spread out dates as much as possible so there aren't too many broadcasts in a short space of time. To avoid any confusion all times are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) a.k.a. Melbourne time. If you do need any help setting MyRadioStream (MRS) or other platforms, there are plenty of regular broadcasters on the forum that can help. We have had some MRS issues over the years so make sure you test your station before your brod. This thread is also helpful https://australian-charts.com/forum.asp?todo=viewthread&id=45838&pages=
Feel free to post when you plan to broadcast your EOY and we'll update as we go
and as you may have noticed, I'm going to take this opportunity to be a bit self-indulgent and book mine on 5 and 6 January - I'll be juggling quite a lot of commitments early next year so I want to get mine out of the way, which in theory will hopefully allow me to attend as many of everyone else's brods as possible
If anyone wishes to listen to a 2020 EOY in December 2021, I'll be broadcasting mine on Wednesday 29/12 No need to put me in the table; just posting here to reserve the date.
I'll tentatively put myself forward for the 12th (100-51) & 14th of March. Could easily end up being sooner if I have to isolate for 7 days at some point
Hi all, my broadcast won't go ahead tonight. The 100-51 section will now be played on Monday the 14th, with the top 50 to be broadcast next weekend. As per my message on the discord chat, if you want to listen in just let me know what time works best. At the moment I'm thinking something like 3PM onwards for Monday and then Saturday night next week.
