Forum - Other Charts: Australia - Non ARIA - Number one twice...by the same artist?

Was listening today to a UK top 20 from 1959 (long before i was born) and #1 was Living Doll by Cliff Richard. This would go Number 1 again in 1986 but did such a feat ever happen here? I know Living Doll only got to #9 here in 1960 but has there ever been an artist get to the top twice in different years with the same song? Queen probably almost made it if Bohemian Rhapsody had gone Number 1 in 1991. Those two are the only instances i can think of
Well, Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You is the only song I can think of.

Macklemore and Rayn Lewis' Same Love almost did it. It reached No. 1 in 2013 and No. 4 in 2017.

MJ's Billie Jean and Black Or White reached No. 1 in 1983 and 1991 respetively and made the Top 10 again after his death in 2009.
Okay it seems i may have unintentionally been a little vague. I should have said same artist, same song. Sorry I.E

One i thought of was Honey by Bobby Goldsboro. Released in the uk in 1968 and again i think it was either `75 or `76. Number 1 here in 1968 but looks like it was not re released in 1976 in Australia at least

Please Don't Go
Give it up
Total eclipse of the heart
Venus
This old house
If you don't know me by now
Everytime you go away
Sway
Try me out
Jump (for my love)
When the war is over
We've got tonight
Ain't nobody (loves me better)
Dancing in the moonlight
Gloria. (THEM song)
I'm every woman
Wind beneath my wings
What about me
Where is the love
It takes two
The shoop shoop song
Under the boardwalk
It's my party
Blame it on the boogie
I'll be there
Underneath the radar
I'm so excited
Always on my mind
Where the streets have no name
Pride (in the name of love)
Funkytown
Bette Davis eyes
Break my stride
Black Betty
