Yeah this is quite generic and follows the Armin thing trend but I still really enjoy it. Still well produced, with the beat in the verses being the highlight. I quite like the drop though. Theo's vocals are enjoyable too. Only problem is the lyrics, which I think are quite lame and don't have the effect that they were going for. It has aged surprisingly well, which is something I hadn't expected. That said, far away from Calvin's best and there's a whole lot better on "Motion" too. I would've preferred if this had been left off "Motion".

das ist eigentlich eher ein Alesso Song, als ein Calvin Song...<br>Wurde am Montag hier in Portugal released, gefaellt mir super!<br>Da ich diesen Song schon im Club erlebt habe kann ich da nur 5* geben!<br><br>edit: rauf auf die eigentlich verdiente 6*

Hey me from three years ago, it's me. Have I got some crazy news for you. I see you're really getting into those two Hurts songs at the moment, I bet you're hoping that they can manage to break through and have some chart success here too eh? Sadly it doesn't happen, until now when they get a top 20 hit sort of! But here's the bad news, you won't like it. Why is that? Because the chart entry is not an orthodox one for them really, it's just Theo providing vocals to a dance song by Calvin Harris and one of the guys from Swedish House Mafia, btw both of those artists become stupidly successful over this time period too. You'll be interested in this sort of thing for a bit, but as it continues to crop up and be a trend, you will quickly waiver on it.<br><br>PS, the following artists will have ridiculously huge hits: Gotye (seriously this will blow your mind the most), LMFAO, Adele, Maroon 5, and for good measure, The Black Keys will nearly get a #1 hit, but be blocked by a Flo Rida song featuring Sia.<br><br>PPS, an artist you just debuted on your chart will unexpectedly become a huge deal for you and challenge Arcade Fire (who you totally get into soon) as your 4th most listened to artist on last.fm, even though you're yet to hear a single song of theirs (yes, THEM!). 3.3 |

I think I liked this a lot more than I ever gave it credit for. A year on, and it still has good value to listen to. I love Theo's vocals enough to discount the stupid lyrics, and I like Calvin's production enough to ignore Alesso's. A solid effort but this is rather typical of Calvin (in fact, very generic) and nothing really anything special by his standards. [5]<br><br>This is quite a tired sound from Calvin, but I've somehow really warmed to it thanks to Theo Hutchcraft's vocals. I guess they are similar to Example's. This association with We'll Be Coming Back could explain this, but aside from that, there's nothing much to salvage here. |
