**** There's a sort of coherent theme running alongside the title of the album itself and from there, the album delves in to what is probably the most underrated album of 2018. The singles themselves are amazing and the synth-EDM production through each of the songs works well. Unfortunately, the record does suffer from a certain lack of variety of the songs, and a lack of diversity in the tracklist.<br><br>It's a good album with a lot of mature topics interpolated into her music, but one of the drawbacks from making this an exceptionally excellent album is the lack of variation that shows off how each track is different. Really, some of the non-singles feel like safe filler. |
