****
Some of the tracks are too long for their own good, and rather samey, but it's a pretty cool album all the same. Standout tracks are One Life Stand and Thieves In The Night.
****
I think this is a pretty solid effort, minus I Feel Better which I still find to be crappy. Nonetheless, it provides their best ever song One Life Stand which is the album's standout. 4.5*
****
Was never really sold on the singles from this at the time. I'm still not but I can appreciate them to an extent. Going into the album with a lot of prior knowledge (<3 <3 <3 the j's) really helped ease any concerns I had with tackling them in a full album scenario. I'd like to think that perhaps one of their earlier albums may be better as I know there are songs I like more from them, but this is a concise enough package with blissful electronica. 3.7
