Well damn, this is powerful. One of the most raw songs of the year so far and it came from Jess of all people. It's great to see it getting some support straight out of the gate because I was worried it would after Sunday failed to really gain support. I love that it builds and then she really just lets loose in the final chorus. Stunning track and I'm absolutely loving the new output from Jess, it just all seems so authentic so far and I hope the quality continues. This thoroughly deserves to be a hit, so hopefully it gets what it deserves.

Jess delivers a captivating and heartbreaking vocal performance, selling the hurt described in the lyrics incredibly effectively. She also builds the track very well to the peak during the final chorus. The piano which accompanies her is the perfect choice, helping to set the mood wonderfully. The lyrics are very relatable, telling of a relationship where one person is not getting the support they need from the other, leaving things feeling uneven and one-sided. The greatness of this song is all down to Jess though, what a talent!
