Nice song from Kasey. This could've scored higher but country tunes aren't generally my favourite style. A karaoke favourite with the gals.

Feels very standard to me but I imagine it stood out a bit on the radio in its day. Most of Kasey's other songs I've heard I like more than this, but I can't really begrudge it either. Hits a decent stride towards the end. 3.3

Oh dear, it's her voice! The song structurally is perfect and is of solid country standard but her delivery is woeful on this, but maybe that's the way it's meant to be.

I really loved this! This came out when I broke up with my first girlfriend and this always reminds me of her (even though this isn't why we broke up hahaha). Nice heartwrenching song.

A very beautiful country ballad that managed to cross over to the mainstream. Probably because FM Radio DJs are too dumb to realise the song is actually about them and their reluctance to play country music. One of the few Kasey songs that I really enjoy and her voice doesn't grate. A worth #1

Die stimme von Kasey Chambers klingt generell sehr zerbrechlich und weinerlich und war meist nicht so wirklich mein Fall - Bei diesem Song allerdings passte es gut, das habe ich eine zeitlang gehört.
