Gefällt mir gut. Ein Track der allein schon wegen Natalia Kills bei mir für Neugierde sorgte. Hier wird ihre Stimme derartig mit dem Computer verzerrt, dass eine x-beliebige Künstlerin genommen hätte werden können.<br><br>Allerdings haut der Track ordentlich rein und überzeugt. Wirkt härter als die erfolgreiche Single "Party Rock Anthem". Nicht ganz so catchy jedoch. Ist mir knapp 5* wert.<br><br>Ob eine Champagner Dusche so prickelnd und berauschend ist? Würde ich gerne mal erleben...:-) |

Some people should just stick to dancing which they admittedly do well. LMFAO are a group who really should not have any success. But since they did with one song, they decided to use as much of that as possible in the next song. Natalia Kills sounds absolutely horribly annoying in this. This song already sounds very tired and old to me and I'm deadly bored of it before I've even heard it once in full. Or I could be bored if it wasn't being so irritating. Shut up Natalia Kills!!!!!<br><br>Edit: I gave it 2 stars because then I'd only heard it once. Now I've heard it more than once, and it is absolutely fucking intolerable. I'd wish for Natalia Kills to be strangled, but apparently she tried to sing when getting strangled, as least that's what it sounds like is going on with her vocals here.

Dit is eigenlijk weer een fantastische plaat! Er is één minpuntje: die vervelende stem van Natalia Kills. Die is zó bewerkt met autotune, dat er niks menselijks meer aan is. Dat steekt op een gegeven moment wel een beetje tegen, wat natuurlijk weer niet wegneemt dat het een erg catchy plaatje is. En één ding moet ik de mannen van LMFAO nageven: videoclips maken kunnen ze, want ook de clip voor 'Champagne Showers' ziet er weer erg origineel en gelikt uit.

LMFAO ist ja wohl etwas vom unsympathisten, was sich in den Charts tummelt. "Champagne Showers" wird wohl der nächste Hit heissen, welche weltweit zumindest die Top5 garantiert erreichen wird, diesmal mit Natalia Kills ("Mirror") als Unterstützung. Deren Stimme ist aber so sehr verzerrt, dass auch das schlecht rüber kommt.<br><br>Hoffe, spätestens in einem Jahr ist der ganze Spuk um die 'Band' vorbei!<br><br>-3* |

There's a reason why it's top 20, and that's because that backing music FANTASTIC! Wow! I find it irresistatbly catchy and very cool. That was my initial impression of the track until I heard those vocals and lyrics and wow, they're just the exact opposite.<br><br>To be honest, if this was a dance instrumental, this would be pushing on a 6, that's how good I'm finding it but LMFAO's disgusting lyrics and vocals pushes it down to 2 stars and Natalia Kills literally kills it even more, such a pity for a track that had great potential.<br><br>So really:<br>Instrumentation: 6<br>Vocals + Lyrics: -6<br>Average: 0 but I can't give them tat.

Finding this really catchy suddenly. The background beat is solid, the multi-layered rhythms aren't hard to get used to and the fade in and out back-beats are done well like any good remix. The weaker part is not the higher pitch autotunes which I'm already used to, but a few of the lame lines in the verses.<br>Not out of place with the many club hits of '11 so far. Could grow on me even more. 4*<br>EDIT: It is growing on me more. Awesome electro hit. 5*

Nach dem durchaus nervigen, aber irgendwie wenigstens noch in Ansätzen interessanten "Party Rock Anthem" muss der Nachfolger schnell her, damit man nicht in Vergessenheit gerät. Mit "Champagne Showers" nervt man aber tatsächlich nur noch. Vocally this is absolutely horrendous! Especially Natalia Kills who is just awful beyond belief. LMFAO aren't much of an improvement though. Lyrically it's also very bad as well. The instrumental is good though which (just) saves this from being 1 star. Everything else is a horrible trainwreck.<br>It's better than "Sexy And I Know" It & "Sorry For Party Rocking" though.
