Ordentliche Nummer von Lana Del Rey. Muss aber ehrlich sagen, dass es hier fast ein wenig in Richtung Langeweile bei mir ausschlägt. Generell würde ich mir eine kleine Pause von ihr wünschen, derzeit bin ich etwas übersättigt von ihrer Musik.<br><br>Knappe 4. |

Lana Del Rey makes sense for The Great Gatsby, although it would be cooler if she shared her name with a Gatsby character, but alas what can you do. And yeah, my initial perception was that this was quite boring and I had no desire to hear it more than once. But the hook comes around and I've started to get more out of it. |

Shame its taken until The Great Gatsby's belated release and the use of this song to give Lana her first big hit in Australia. "Video Games" was worthy of being a hit. But Lana's song in the Great Gatsby makes sense, as I and many others have likened her music to a Hollywood soundtrack sometimes. <br><br>The first verse where she sings "and you and I were forever wild" and the chorus are simply stunning. <br><br>Edit: Geez, this is having a crazy chart run. Oh, but Cedric Gervais has remixed another Lana Del Rey song. I like the remix but it would be nice if Lana had a decent chart run with a song that wasn't remixed by Cedric Gervais.

The original is good. It came in at #7 on Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2013.<br><br>But I must say I actually preferred the remix. And no not the Cedric remix. <br><br>A lot of Australian radio stations were actually playing the Kaskade remix, which is far better than the Cedric remix. Nonetheless the Cedric remix was the one everybody downloaded as the Kaskade remix was not available on itunes.
