....also dieses Album macht mich etwas unschlüssig...einerseits sind wirklich ein paar scharfe Granaten darauf zu finden ("Untouched", "Hook me up", "This love" etc.) aber einige Stücke sind auch totale Füllertracks... **** sind passend! Die 2 Girlies erinnern mich doch etwas an die "t.A.t.u."-Mädels...

Gefällt mir etwas besser als ihr Debüt, etwas härter und prägnanter produziert, klingt somit härter.<br>Insgesamt etwa 4.5 wert.<br>#57 auch in CAN<br><br>Ist doch unter der 4.5.

nettes album mit 3 spitzensongs (untouched, hook me up & take me to the floor) und viel durchschnittlichem.<br>ich muss erhöhen: finde popular, this is how it feels und goodbye to you auch spitze und den rest gar nicht mehr so durchschnittlich ;-)

Great album. Started to appreciate their song-writing skills and as a consenquence I began to like their songs. The title track was addictive and a belated #1 for them. But their 2nd single Untouched was their best to date, with electronic and strings elements and was robbed of a #1. In fact, the album does deviate from the electronic pop rock that is ever-present in the album when they go into ballad territory with "This Love".<br><br>Probably the weakest song on the album was Popular, but even that isn't half bad.

The year was 2007 and after their 1st Album had produced 4/5 excellent Singles, I was highly anticipating the 1st Single from this Hook Me Up and while I did like it, was a step down from previous stuff then they released Untouched and was hugely let down, not just because of the much weaker quality but also because 90 - 99% of persons say that it is their best Single to date and that only made me even more disappointed. The 3 Singles after that were all average and so it became one of the most disappointing returns ever for me. But after their 2014 success I was impressed enough that I finally decided to listen to this Album and a few tracks on this would have made far better singles then what we got after Untouched. The best tracks on this are Hook Me Up, Revenge Is Sweeter, Someone Wake Me Up and This Is How It Feels. Overall about a 3.2.
